usbccgp.sys file missing in SP files

I've had continuous problems with my USB ports but have
been able to get around them some how, now I got a digital
camera and I install all the stuff as req'd and I plug in
the camera and cable directly to the USB port into the
back of the computer, then the computer "found new
hardware" and works for a bit and comes up with a massage
that says "the file 'usbccgp.sys' on [Unknown] is needed",
it then shows a file c:\wutemp\com_microsoft_whql3793843
and if I click on ok it won't except it. Does anyone know
how I can fix this or why my USB ports are giving me
trouble- my last major obstacle with the USB was very
jerky and slow mouse pointer with my Microsoft Optical
mouse, I plugged it into the PS2 port and it works fine. I
would appreciate some assistance, THX.
