MISSING usbccgp.sys FILE WHEN INSTALLING USB PRINTER

Acer laptop XPH SP2 with all current updates and Lexmark printer. Don't
have more details. Owner cannot install new Lexmark printer. I suspect he
is not disabling virus scanner first. Anyway, Lexmark support says it's not
their fault; the computer is missing usbccgp.sys file, they say. Not much
found on this problem. I suspect the file is really there in the System32
folder but there is a glitch during installation

The file should be in \system32\drivers folder.
