USB2 driver download?

I have winxp. Intel P4 motherboad(D865GBF) . The device manager shows a
yellow mark against Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller. I would like
to download the driver. Please guide me the location of the download.
The CD provided with the motherboard did not provide me any help on this
problem.

Should be included in Windows XP with SP2.

And www.intel.com has drivers and updated software for each
mobo, just search the site by mobo model.

To reinstall the USB drivers, use the device manager to
uninstall all the USB devices, hubs and ports and then
reboot.
