I don't know of any personally, but I do know that a USB2 card will let USB1 devices work, (but I assume you already knew that), and there are plenty of USB2 cards for PC.
How come you need a USB1 card specifically? Seeing as most motherboards from ~98 onwards had USB onboard, I'd image they would be quite hard to find.
Why did i get my usb 2 card from argos at 20 pounds a few months ago?
Oh i damage the usb ports by messing around with them.
I could of order 2 of these.
Am never going argos again for pc stuff.
