USB WHEN I CONNECT A DEVICE LIKE MY MUSIC BOX I GET THE
MESSAGE HI SPEED DEVICE PLUGGED INTO A NON I SPEED USB HUB
I HAVE TRIED TO DOWNLOAD FROM MICROSOFT SUPPORT PAGE THE
HOTFIX BUT STILL NO JOY.I HAVE THE SERVICE PACK AND ALL
OTHER UPDATES BUT STILL NO HELP CAN SOMEONE HELP ME.
 
Check your BIOS settings, there is usually the option to set
the base USB speed to the different legacy supported speeds,
The OS may modify those base speeds.


BTW, it is considered poor manners to lock your CAPS LOCK
when you post.

Make sure you motherboard even supports USB 2.0. What is your motherboard
model?
