First, don't yell. It is impolite to post in ALL CAPS. Many times you
may just be ignored.

Second, I doubt your *screen* has any ports whatsoever. Your monitor
may have ports.

Third, the monitor will have to plug into an USB port on your computer
before the USB ports on the monitor will work.

Boot into your BIOS and make sure the USB ports are activated.

Monitors that have built-in USB hubs normally require a USB cable between
the monitor and the PC. Yours is likely missing or unplugged.
