USB Video Device

I have a Fujifilm FinePix E550 digi camera which has the feature of
acting as a webcam. The problem i have is that when i use the webcam
feature, XP accepts it fine, as a USB video device however the output
is just all black. So there is no output coming from the camera.

The webcam feature did work before a couple of months ago, but i have
not used it since then. I tried the webcam feature on a different
computer with XP and it worked fine. So there is something wrong with
my XP i suspect it is the USB video device driver, but i dont know how
to reinstall it.

It sounds like you are having a problem with general Windows XP. This
NG is for development on Windows XP Embedded. Try aksing for help in
one of the following groups:

microsoft.public.windowsxp.general
microsoft.public.windowsxp.help_and_support
