usb device, webcam

when i leave the usb webcam connected....
windows xpe hangs...at appling computer sttings....

when i disconnect the webcam, boot and connect it after xpe has
booted...then all things are fine...
what should i do?

i dont to remove the usb webcam anytime i want to boot ... :(
