USB Thumb drives & Vista Ultimate

Tried two of my usb thumb drives with Vista Ultimate RTM and Vista is asking
to install device drivers for the thumb drives... the drives worked with XP.
I have a memorex TD 2G and a Mini Cruzer.

I have a mini Cruzer and it works fine with Vista Ultimate. As soon as any
of my usb thumb drives are inserted into a usb port Vista automatically
installs drivers. i'm never asked to supply drivers for them.

Thx for the reply. I must have something configured wrong since when I put
in my iPod it is also asking for the drivers even though iTunes is
installed.
