usb sandisk smartmedia reader

how can i get my sandisk smartmedia reader to work with xp? the company that makes it does not have any drivers that support xp. i had another computere running xp and it worked fine on it. since i got my emachine computer it woun't let me install it. i've tried to use the program compatibility wizard. but no luck there. does someone have a clue on what to do? if so please say you can help. thanks for all of the help....

You might try the drivers for windows 2000

Just plug it in, it should be plug and play. Each of the different
medias should appear as different drives (F:).
