USB Recycler File

I have emptied the recycler file with success in the past. I even had
written down instructions how to, but this time it failed to remove
it. It reports that it is may be being used by another person or
program. Close any programs that might be using the file and try
again. I have no idea what program could be. Is there any way to do
this everytime in one attempt?? Thanks for any help! Jack

Use Unlocker from http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/
It was made to fix this very problem.
Be careful what you choose to delete with it though, some files may be
legitimately locked by a process. Your scenario looks ok though.
