USB problems

A little over a month ago our USB ports stopped working and our HD crashed.
We reinstalled windows and recovered all our files but the USBs were still
not working. When we took it back to the guys we bought it from they said
all they had to do was update the drivers. Well its a few weeks later and
the USBs are not working again. I have done all the things recommened buy
Help & Support such uninstalling and updating drivers but the computer says
all is fine. What now?

I should mention that we are now getting "Windows stop errors" because of
this.
Someone please help!
 
If your seller can't fix the system, it will probably have to be replaced.
You are not going to find a solution to faulty hardware in any kind of
software fix that might be offered here. Reoccuring corruption of the data on
your system implies a hardware flaw.
