USB Problems with XP Professional

I used to have Windows 200 Professional and all my USB devices fine.
Recently I have moved to XP PRofessional and I am having all sort of USB
problem.

It understands the Mass Storage Devices through XP.
But, non of my other USB devices are working
1. Sone Clie TH55
2. iPod Video

When I connect both of these devices, none of them are recognised by Windows
XP now. Previously they used to work with Windows 2000

I have looked for all sort of patch of fixes. But, I couldn' d find any.

How did you shift to XP? Did you do an upgrade install? If so, did you
remove these applications or drivers *before* the upgrade?
