I used to use a Micro 2.0 zip drive in my computer. Now when I insert
the drive it shows ups as Drive E and when click on it asks me to
insert a disc in drive. What setting has gotten whacky? Thanks
USB 2.0 Winxp sp2 everything up to date.

And the problem is, exactly?

When I click on the E Drive it asks me to insert a disk. How can you
insert a disk in a zip drive (micro 2.0) In other words something is
haywire. Perhaps this should be thrown out and a new one purchased.
Thanks anyway.On 9 Aug 2006 00:14:48 +0200, Irma Troll

Use Diskmgmt.Msc to re-assign the drive a mid-alphabet letter,
such as M or N. Right Click the "Blue Bar" representing the disk
or Volume and from the context menu choose "Change Drive
Letter or Paths..."
Click Start, Run (Type) DiskMgmt.Msc [Enter]
