Ok this is making me mad

I know its not my PSU as I got a new Hiper Type M 580W today and the problem
still remains.

I know its not any of devices as I unplug everything bar the hard-drive and
video card and the problem still remained.

I know its not the RAM as I put on stick of 512MB (know to be working) and
the problem still remains.

I have updated the nvida 7950GT to forceware 93.71

I have updateds the drivers for my logitech mouse mx-700 (as microsoft said
that could be the probelm)

I have done sfc /scannow and nothing came back and the problem still remains

I dont know what to do next! the drivers for the printer dont seem to do
anything

What happens I plug the printer in or turn it on windows see's a generic usb
device and then after about 30's it comes up with the following message

STOP: 0x0000007E (0xC00000047,0x8051D1B8, 0xF78CA578, 0xF78CA5C8)

and from my google search nothing comes bak apart from

STOP: 0x0000007E

and none of those solutions seem to work!

HELP!!!
Run windows XP-pro
3.0GHZ
2GB Ram

And if you plug the printer into another sys?
You origonally installed the printer as per manu instructions, ie usually
install software/drivers *before* connecting printer

I have just plug the printer into a working laptop and it comes up frist with
the generic usb hub before going to USB printer then it finds the epson 915.
I also unistalled all the usb devices on my d-top pc (the one with the
problem) the computer saw all the other devices but when it saw the "printer"
it shut down with the error message!

ARHHH

If this occurs on two sys it would appear printer or usb cable is defective
