usb printer install

I am using XP home. I just bought a new printer that is USB. The hardware
install says that it can not find usbprint.sys available one service pack 2.
It has been a couple years since I installed SP2 and i can not reinstall it
because of newer updates. Where do I get this USBPRINT.SYS driver?

Perhaps instead of following the installation instructions, supplied with
your printer, you just attached it to the usb port?
