USB Port or Driver

Windows is no longer recognizing my printer (connected to USB port). The
printer works fine when connected to other computers. I believe the problem
may be with my USB port or driver.

Does anyone know how to find and re-install my USB driver? Could this be a
different type of problem?

mikey

open device manager, drill down to the system devices and the usb portion.
uninstall your usb devices.
shut the computer down for 3-5 minutes.
turn it back on and allow it to find and install the usb devices again.
