usb mass storage driver

I keep getting an error message that says this device cannot start code 10".
I have tried uninstall , disable then enable, driver update too and that just
tells me it could not find a better driver for this device I put my windows
os cd in and everything nothing seems to be working. HELP!!
 
Have you asked anyone at the company that makes your device for help?
