i installed a new usb keyboard this works but when the pc
boots up it willnot work until windows xp has loaded.
therefore i cannot access the bios of my computer. has
anyone any answers to this problem please?

Hi,

Use a PS/2 keyboard and then boot into BIOS, enable legacy USB support, save
and exit BIOS setup. Re-connect the USB keyboard and try to boot into BIOS
again.

Find a spare PS/2 keyboard somewhere...
In BIOS, enable USB legacy.... (??)
