USB Hub Power Exceeded error message

All of a sudden I am getting a pop up message on my task bar about exceeding
power on a USB hub. You have to click on the icon, select the hub and click
reset. However, this message keeps coming back all the time and I have to
keep resetting.

I have had my camera, scanner, and printer in 3 USB ports in my computer for
quite some time now, but this message has just started about a week ago and
won't go away.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
