That web site "seems" to be selling USB solutions. Instead of that
web site, I would suggest: http://www.uwe-sieber.de/usbtrouble_e.html

This gives you "details" on how to fix most USB problem, without a
sales pitch.

Its obvious you never did bother to click on the links on the side of the
website which give alot more data then what you have provided with the
website you added but the more the better
