USB Drive - two problems

I recently bought a DSE 128mb USB Drive, formatted and installed a security
program on it, that came with the drive. Now on my home computer, I cannot
unlock the drive - a button saying 'Unlock' should be present while entering
the password, but instead there is one that says 'Lock'. No matter how I
manipulate it, it never unlocks.

Also on the school network when I run the unlocker off the USB Drive, it
tells me 'No USB Device is inserted'. (Kinda stupid - I'm running the program
off the USB Drive).

I need the files that are 'locked up' because I don't know for certain I
have a second copy of them. Can anyone out there help with either, or both,
problems? No posts of 'Don't use the locking program then' please. Thanks in
advance.

How about contacting those who wrote the locking application?

I have been trying - but so far I cannot find a link on the company's page.
As for the locking application - I have no idea who wrote it or what.

You're welcome, have a good one.

Australia actually, not New Zealand, but thanks anyway, it helped find a
link to e-mail them about the problem.
