I can not access my Sony Camera on my laptop with Windows
XP. It is connected via USB. I receive the following
message... E:\DCIM\100MSDCF is not accessable. The file
or directory is corrupted and unreadable.
I know it is not the camera because I can access it on my
Win98 workstation.
Help!

Apply the latest usb drivers for the laptop, I have had
many usb "funnies" with XP drivers

Hi, Gerald.

Reads like you have an XP incompatible driver. Have you checked the camera
maker's website for their latest driver?

Good luck,

Ed
