I got a detection problem with my current USB port after my computer been
infected with trojan recently.
When i plug in my thumbdrive and tried to access it, it says that the drive
is unavailable.
Arising from the infection, I got my machine installed with microsoft anti
spyware, spyware doctor, spybot search and destroy and hooked up with trend
micro pc-cillin.

You can remove spyware all you want, but once the damage is done to your PC,
the damage can't be undone; only the infectious file is removed. So I would
check the status of your USB drivers. Go to Control Panel --> Performance and
Maintenance. Click on System, then go to the Hardware tab, and then click on
"Device Manager" button. After that, scroll down in the list to "USB" and
click the + next to the item. A list of devices pops underneath. Double click
each one and check if it's running properly. Post here if you report any
malfunctions with your USB hardware (most likely it is the driver software
for your USB hardware that's corrupted). It could be your ThumbDrive or your
USB controller. Post here if you encounter any problems (or not.....)
