I need help!
my OS is Windows XP Home SP2, when I try to connect my cell phone
SonyEricsson T616 to transfer pictures to my PC, the phone monitor shows
"not connected"

My PC has two USB terminal only I have my printer HP connected thru USB, the
other is used to connect my digital camera, I did remove the camera cable
and connect the DCU-11 all drivers are installed from Sony Ericsson CD.

I try to connect the cable and phone in my son PC with Windows XP Home
without SP2 and work ok.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks Anando, but the software/drivers are compatible with SP2, I think
something is wrong with Windows XP and USB connection

Sony Ericsson File Manager 2.6.6.0
File Manager allows you to browse the contents of the mobile device file
system and exchange multimedia files between the mobile device and the PC.

Requirements
Choose any of the following connections that are applicable for your phone:
Cable, Infrared or Bluetooth.

Windows ME, 2000 SP4, XP SP2 (Professional and Home)
System requirements:

At least 120 MB free hard disk space

Windows ME: 64 MB RAM, 200 MHz

Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4: 64 MB RAM, 266 MHz

Windows XP SP2 (Professional and Home): 128 MB RAM, 300 MHz

Donaldo,

Since the program works fine on your Windows XP (without SP2) machine, and it fails to work on your
Windows XP SP2 machine, i guess the software is not compatible with SP2. Please contact SonyEricsson
tech-support.
