USB Code 10 error

Hi,

I'm trying to get a Palm handheld to sync through the USB port to a XPe. I
can install the Palm software with no problem, but when I try to sync the
device won't establish a connection. In the device manager the Palm handheld
shows up with an exclamation mark. In properties the device status says
"This device cannot start. (Code 10)" Does anyone know what other components
I might need to sync Palm devices via the USB port?

Hi Jim,

Can you make it work in XPP with default drivers?
Anyhow go to device manager on XPP find this USB device in the list and look what files are used to support this device.

If they are MS drivers then you can find them by filter option in TD, if not you will have to make your component that will copy
third-party drivers to XPe.
