USB CArd Reader

WE are currently operating under win2k SP4. ONe user is
unable to use his card reader. when he inserts it it is
detected. then when double clicking on Windows explorer
the machine reboots. Have tried drivers and other such
tactics. not happening on any other machine. cannot work
this one out..please help.

Having the same problem...I have no sound and my media

card isn't read....Have you heard anything?? Thanks..Carol
