USB Boot 2.0 component

I am trying to boot from USB. I am getting the blue screen error message
right after the BIOS intializes, I am getting the Windows XP logo (black
screen), then the blue screen.

I did some research and realized that I need "USB Boot 2.0" component. I
couldn't find USB Boot 2.0 component in the Target Designer. I have Windows
XPE SP 2 and FP 2007 installed. Am I missing something ?

Please help.
