USB 2 Card (New Question)

I have my Maxtor PCI USB2 card installed in addition to the on board USB
Ports. I looked at them using Device Manager and BelArc. Each did not
identify the card ports as being USB 2. The onboard ports showed up
simply as VIA Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controllers.

I guess I was expecting the card ports to be identifies as USB 2. Was I
expecting too much?

No big deal, they all seem to work as USB1 but I haven't tried a USB2
device yet. Maybe after Dec.25 -- hint, hint.

They may not show up as USB 2. Do you have SP1(or SP1a) install on your
XP??
