USB 2.0 support

Wifes PC has hardware support for USB 2.0 and she got WinXP SP1 installed
but for some reason the USB 2.0 Enhanced Host Controller driver isn't listed
in the device manager. Is it possible to download and install this on it's
own ?

Scratch that. Looks like her mobo only has USB 1.10 ports.
