USB 2.0 speed supported on my PC?

How can I tell which USB speed my computer supports
I have recently purchased a USB2.0 card reader but not sure if I can take advantage of the higher speed
 
Go to control panel, administrative tools, computer management. Once this
console opens, click on device manager in the left panel. Then in the right
panel expand 'Universal Serial Bus Adapters'. If you see the word 'enhanced'
anywhere in here, you have USB2.0.
