I have a PIII/550 desktop I just installed XP home on. My
usb 2.0 hard drive, connected to a usb 1.1 port, cannot be
located.
The device manager shows it's there, the drivers are
working, but I cant find it anywhere. Under win 98, the
drive was assigned a drive letter (f:).
I have the same problem with with my PIII/1,000 laptop
running XP home.
Would installing a 2.0 PCI card help?
Anyone?

You need to buy a 2.0 controller card.
