usb 2.0 FD driver needed..when insert a usb drive ...xp sp2

the usb company said:
No drivers are require for windows XP, the attaché is plug and play and it
use the build mass storage supports drivers within the operating system if
you’re been prompt for drivers you need to contact Microsoft or you’re
computer manufacture for support on this issue.

any help?
