USB 2.0 driver

BlankBefore I upgrade to windows XP, my windows 2000 can detect USB2.0
device, after upgrade to XPSP1, I get the following error:
The USB Mass Storage Device is a HI-SPEED USB device and will function at
reduced speed when plugged into a Non-HI-SPEED port.

but that says "This problem was first corrected in Windows XP Service Pack
1." and he already has SP1.

Try upgrading to SP2.
