USB 1.1 and 2.0

I have an Dell inspiron 2600 with I beleive only 1.1 USB
ports but have seen a "Burner" I like for sale with 2.0
USB connectivity,will it run ?. I have windows XP Version
5.1 with service pack 1.

Yes it should run just at a slower pace.
If you want to know if you have 2.0 ports look in the device manager in the
USB device if it says Enhanced then it is 2.0 otherwise it is 1.1
