US version WinXP pro

Hi, are there any particular differences between the US version and UK
versions of WinXP Pro?
I assume regonal settings will still be editable.
I ask as I will be visiting US and there is a large cost differential.

As near as I can tell, they are the same.

Many UK users complain that Keyboard Language defaults to US English.
