WinXP Home UK -> WinXP Pro NL ? Possible?

I have WinXP Home UK(English) installed, and I have CD with WinXP Pro NL(Dutch)
I want to upgarde from my Home edition to Pro edition. But I want the language to remain English! But the install CD is "WinXP Pro NL". Do I need to buy separately WinXP Pro UK, or smth. else?
