Many times when I received an email through outlook 2003 (latest upgrades),
the sender thinks there are sending me a clickable link but what I receive
is as below. If I click/double click on any part of the blue URL, it simply
highlites it. I have to cut and past the URL between the < > into my
browser to view it. Any ideas why this is happening?

Thanks

Is the item in the Junk Email folder? If so, that will happen as protection
from spam links & such

That's the plain text half of that e-mail. Older text-only mail
browsers will accept hyperlinks in the format of linkname<linkURL>.

You've lost the HTML half of the e-mail or the MIME parts been mangled -
it's a "feature" of Exchange mail servers.
