URL's I type in the address bar are changed when I hit enter

If I type in any address, i.e. www. search.com, www.ebay.com etc. I can see at the bottom that the page that actually gets loaded is something like www.skvn.us/www.search.com (or whatever I really want). I can get to any site by going to it through the history so it has something to do with the URL Address Bar and trying to go directly to sites by typing in their address. Any ideas???

A google search didn't find skvn. But, it must be a hijacker / parasite.

Run Ad-aware, Spybot and if those two fail, CWShredder from
http://www.net-integration.net/tools/hijackthis.html Note about Spybot...

If still infected, read the instructions at
