Hello, all,
I am very embarrassed because I have sent a link to a website to the same
person about five times; each time I read help tips and articles and test on
my own account and think I have it figured out, and then I look in my "Sent"
folder and hover the cursor over the link and see again "blocked." I feel
like an idiot.
Please help.
I tried copy and pasting, sent to myself, worked OK, so copied and pasted
into a new email to the intended recipient, and again didn't work as far as I
could tell.
Sometimes when I hover the cursor over the link I see the address once with
"blocked" in front of it, sometimes the adress is there twice, with "blocked"
in front of only one of the lines, sometimes no text at all appears when I
mouse-over the link.
I am frustrated! I've tried reading others' questions, but the questions
remain unanswered or are way too technical for me, or have an answer about an
attachment which is not what I'm trying to send. Or I'm told to rename the
file or adjust my registry - all things that don't solve my simple little
problem.
Thank you all, and Merry Christmas!
Gail
