Wandering Minstrel

I'm recieving an error the past couple days whenver I try to open Internet
Explorer 6 through the IEXPLORE.EXE. I can open webpages through links like
in outlook express, but I recieve an error just trying to open the browser.


AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName: urlmon.dll
ModVer: 6.0.2800.1259 Offset: 00016491

I did not alterations to the system such as installing or adding any new
hardware. Any assistance would be appreciated.
