Error msg when starting IE 6

Any recommendations on how to solve my error msg problem
with IE 6?
Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to

Error signature:
AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2600.0 ModName:

ModVer: 6.0.2800.1106 Offset: 00002ce2

Frank thans for your reply. I just cleared TIF and the
problem still there. I'm running WinXP Pro and there was
no other suggestions for the same problem if remains
after clearing the TIF.
Please help.........

I am having the same problem and I can't figure it out

either.

Frank thans for your reply. I just cleared TIF and the
