when i use file "send link by e-mail " I get a new message with "this
message has not been sent. Outlook blocked access to the following
potentially unsafe attachments: news.google.url." I have tried various
little apps to control what attachments I can receive and they all work
fine. However none of them seem to have any effect on what can be sent. I
can send the web page itself but not the url.
It's a real pain.

FWIW, the message is misleading. The attachment will be sent, but it could
be blocked on the other end. Mailto_url is a better method.
