URL Unchanged Regardless of Page Viewed

When you click on the various links in the site menu, (at the URL below),
the URL in the browser's address bar does NOT change. It stays
"richardgrimes.com" regardless of which page you are on.

http://www.richardgrimes.com/

How is that accomplished?

You can flip the address bar, if you so desire. You can also affect history
and make it so people cannot go anywhere but what you desire.

But, in the case of Richard's Site, you have an even easier explanation.
Click links and notice that the bottom NEVER changes. It is a frameset.
