URL hyper links

Thanks to a reply to a previous question I can now "click and go " to highlighted email addresses(Knowledge Base Article 281679) but trying to do the same with URL's doesn't work.

Go to Start > run and type
regsvr32 urlmon.dll
note there is a space between 2 and u)
