How can I create an hyper-link automatically.

Hi,

What I am trying to do is this. I have a range of numbers from 001-835 and a url text http://example.com/gift_id":"XXX"}

I have to replace the XXX in the url text and replace it with the numbers and hyper-link it with a text click here.
