why my printer is not printing the hyper links in word documents

I can not print any hyper link such as email address in my word document. How
can I do it?
 
Do you mean you have gaps where there should be an email address or what?
 
If they have the Hyperlink character style applied (blue and underlined),
perhaps your printer is out of blue ink?

I am now having the same problem described. the hyperlinked cross-references in the doc. are not printed, and come out blank, instead.
