** URGENT ** MS Word 2007

A colleague of mine created a word document using a template. When ever I
try to do anything with the document it gives me the following error “is
reserved by sue smith Enter password to modify, or open read onlyâ€

What does this mean?? Reserved??? I have never come across a reserved
situation before. And how do I get rid of it???

Ask Sue what she did - and to undo it.

It appears she has put a read only password on the document. You will not be
able to save changes to the document without the password.
