Where is the Office Word 2007 Redact Add-in?

Where can I download the Office Word 2007 Redact Add-in? A 2.0 Beta was
available on Sep 8, 2006 with the below "Read Me" file... but now it's
nowhere to be found.

The Microsoft Office Word 2007 Redaction Add-in allows you to easily mark
text in a Word 2007 document for redaction and create a new, redacted version
of the document in which the marked text is replaced with a black bar that
cannot be converted back to text...

Apparently it has been removed (if it ever existed). But check with
Microsoft. There is a previous question on this in this newsgroup.
