URGENT - how do I access my user name if I have forgotten it

I have forgotten my user name to log onto windows, and my
password expires today and I'll need it to log on in the
morning. Is there anywhere on the system that I can go
(whilst I'm still able to log on) that will give me the
user name?

control panel Users... after you change or reset it, go
to administrative tools --> computer mangmt. in the mmc
click local users and groups --> users --> double click
your user id and check off password never expires!!!
